If I am to summarize Javier in five words, it would be this " he is a unique gem". Javier has been instrumental in my career journey as I considered a change from the private sector to the federal sector.While at an important crossroads in my career, Javier was instrumental and a much needed mentor helping me chart and navigate the waters in considering a career with the federal government.
