This course delivers an immersive learning experience using a Dungeons and Dragons style session combined with Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessments to explore team dynamics and decision-making. Scenarios are tailored to reflect the organization’s unique workplace challenges, ensuring direct relevance and application. Participants strengthen collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills in a structured environment.
