Notes & FAQs:

  • Fees have been arranged by your agency as part of your LDS tuition

  • Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom or phone if agency limitations exist

  • Three one-hour or six half-hour sessions are available

  • Sessions must be completed within four months after completion of your program

  • Use the links below to schedule your coaching sessions

  • Weekly or bi-weekly sessions work best to deliver results

Coaching is a sanctioned learning and development activity as described in 5 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 410.203.  Coaching is one of the most effective learning and development activities for supervisors, managers, and executives.  Equipping leaders with coaching skills is a proven and effective way to enhance employee development and performance.
