Scheduling
If payment is not received at least one week prior to the start of the event, we will postpone and reschedule once payment is received. Reserved dates are not guaranteed and may be forfeited at any time prior to receipt of payment. Class sizes are limited to accommodate materials and student learning. We recommend scheduling early to guarantee availability.
Refund policy
Refunds, upon request, are only available for enrollments cancelled fourteen (14) calendar days, or more, prior to the event start date.
Payment
Payments will be processed at the time of enrollment. An event will not be scheduled until payment is received. For online events, tuition payment is required to access the content. To avoid scheduling delays, please ensure that your registration number accompanies your payment.

Scheduling and Event Confirmation
​
You will receive a confirmation via email within three days of payment to begin scheduling your event.
Nonrefundable travel reservations should not be made before confirming the date of the event. Accommodations and meals are not included in the fee.

Substitutions
Substitutions are permitted at any time up to the start of the event.
​
Cancellations
​
Scheduled events can be cancelled up to fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the start date. If an enrollment is canceled thirteen (13) calendar days, or less, prior to the class start date, no credits, transfers, or refunds will be made.

Partial attendance
​
Full attendance is required to receive a completion certificate. In case of illness or unavoidable emergency that results in partial attendance, make-up time may be scheduled on a space-available basis by contacting info@thegovgeeks.com.

No show
​
If a scheduled individual fails to attend the event, the full tuition remains due and payable. No credit or refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Nondiscrimination Policy
​
The Gov Geeks does not discriminate against individuals with disabilities who attend our events and provides such individuals all assistance required by applicable laws and regulations. To ensure any disability or special learning need is appropriately addressed, notice is required at least 14 calendar days prior to the start of the event.

Conduct
​
Individuals attending events are expected to act in a professional manner to other participants, instructors, and staff. Failure to abide by this policy may result dismissal from an event and/or forfeiture of payment(s).

Intellectual Property
​
By registering for or otherwise ordering and or attending an event or training service from The Gov Geeks, you agree and acknowledge that all training materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Therefore, you cannot reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, or publicly display/perform such materials. In addition, you agree not to use the company's training materials, including but not limited to the concepts and ideas expressed in the training, to create a competing product/service.
