Coaching is a sanctioned learning and development activity as described in 5 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 410.203.  Coaching is one of the most effective learning and development activities for supervisors, managers, and executives.  Equipping leaders with coaching skills is a proven and effective way to enhance employee development and performance.

Executive coaching is a best practice solution that delivers one-on-one growth, group collaboration, development opportunities, and real mission results. The Gov Geeks customizes coaching to meet individual and agency needs by strategically linking coaching goals to organization missions.

  • 3 Months: 15 one-hour sessions used within the three-month period. 

  • 6 Months: 30 one-hour sessions used within the six-month period.

  • 9 Months: 45 one-hour sessions used within the nine-month period.

*Sessions are offered virtually to support workplace flexibility. Day time and evening hours are available.
