Leadership and Organizational Change
Change is inevitable for organizations and individuals alike. The key is to be
proactive and aware of how to use change as an opportunity. This course examines effective leadership theories, effective contemporary leadership practices, and how students might inform each other for greater effect. An emphasis is placed on the student's analysis of themselves as leaders while preparing them to make use of their strengths and opportunities. Topics included in this course include transformational leadership, women in leadership, multicultural leadership, classic management theories, and ethical management. Materials included.
