Conflict is inevitable in groups and, if handled properly, can be a tremendous opportunity. This course is designed to help you make the most of conflict. Students learn to identify the nature of conflict and examine the role they can play in its positive resolution. Group activities, self-reflections, and discussions are used to generate learning.
