The Guest does hereby consent to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of the Guest's voice and performance as part of the media program entitled Gov Geeks Assemble!. (herein referred to as the "Program").

Guest does hereby acknowledge that The Gov Geeks, LLC (“Podcaster”) may, at its sole discretion, produce or distribute the Program based in whole or in part upon the audio, video and text material of the Program, and that such media or transcripts may appear in print, online or in any manner or media, including, but not limited to, for the purposes of promoting the Program.

Guest does hereby acknowledge that Podcaster is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Program, and the recording(s) thereof for all purposes; and that Podcaster has the unfettered right, among other things, to use, exploit and distribute the Program, and Guest’s performance as embodied therein, together with Guest's name, sobriquet, biographical sketch, photograph or likeness (including, without limitation, any photographs or other material provided to Podcaster by Guest ), in any and all media or formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Any materials prepared in the course of the production and distribution of the Program (“Materials”) become property of Podcaster, and Podcaster shall have the sole, exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, exploit and distribute such Materials. Nothing contained in this Podcast Guest Release shall prohibit Podcaster from changing, modifying, or adopting a different name or title to identify the Program.

Nothing contained in this Podcast Guest Release shall be construed to obligate Podcaster to use or exploit any of the Guest’s rights granted or acquired by Podcaster, or to make, sell, license, distribute or otherwise exploit the Program or Materials whatsoever.

Guest understands and agrees that he/she shall receive no compensation for appearances on and participation in the Program.

Guest's name, likeness and photograph may be used in connection with the Program, and in advertising and promotional material for the Program, but not as an endorsement of any product or service. Podcaster may cross-promote the Program on Podcaster’s website, Facebook Page, YouTube Channel, social media platform, and any podcasting hosting service retained by Podcaster. Guest hereby acknowledges that he/she may cross-promote the Program on Guest’s website, Facebook Page, YouTube Channel, podcast or other social media platforms.

Guest hereby warrants and represents that he/she has the right to enter into this Podcast Guest Release and to grant the rights granted to Podcaster herein. Guest agrees that the Material submitted to the Program does not violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets and non-disclosure agreements, and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that Guest will defend and hold Podcaster harmless against such claims.

Guest hereby releases and discharges Podcaster its members, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned Program or Materials.
